Our drums are workhorses but should always be treated with care and stored properly when not in use:

Never to be left without heads on the shell for a long period of time, only to change them. Leaving one side off will warp or misconfigure the shape; the same as you would treat an acoustic guitar, always keeping strings on it.
Any instrument does not need to be left in direct sunlight for hours on end. Never leave them in automobiles in the hottest part of the day.
Never to get wet, over heated, or dropped.

Life Time warranties on all drum shells.  If by any means, any drums are damaged in any of the above mentioned ways, the warranty is void.We believe in 100% customer satisfaction to the fullest. We warranty all of our shells and workmanship against defects and breaks. Minor splits are not a defect because its under the character of the 300 year old wood. However, if a separation occurs and is not abused a new shell will be sent back upon inspection of its current state.

Heads and other similar items considered are not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not apply to damage and/or product failures that result from modifications, alterations, improper maintenance, neglect, misuse, and extreme variances in climate (specifically humidity and temperature).
